If you choose to send your QSL request direct please follow these instructions:

Ensure that the QSO information on your card are complete and correct.

Enclose a self-addressed envelope (SAE). US Stations please do not forget to include name of your country on the envelope. No address labels please!

Enclose return postage as follows:
Non EU stations: 1 new style IRC or 2 US$.
EU stations: 1 new style IRC or 2 US$.

Bosnia and Herzegovina mint stamps are accepted. Please include value of:
1.70KM for Europe
1.75KM for Middle East and North Africa
1.80KM for Central Africa and Central Asia
1.85KM for North and Central America
1.90KM for South Africa and Far East
2.00KM for South America
2.10KM for Australia and Oceania

Applications received direct but without a self-addressed envelope, without sufficient return postage, with old style or improperly stamped IRC's will receive confirmations via the bureau.

SWL Cards are welcome and will be confirmed same way they are received. Above notes apply.

Requests for ST0RM QSL cards can be submitted via E-mail which need to contain full QSO details. Cards will be sent via the bureau.

ST0RM LOG WILL NOT be available on the ARRL Logbook of the World.
